David Monsour began his career in real estate more than 30 years ago as a sales associate and investor in Pennsylvania. In addition to assisting his clients with the purchase of residential real estate, he purchased and managed rental property. David is a member of the Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound Board of Realtors®, Florida Association of Realtors®, and National Association of Realtors®. David has been vacationing in Jupiter for over 20 years before becoming a resident with the purchase of his home in Tequesta in 2000. David Monsour recently joined the staff of One World Realty Inc. and specializes in the residential and investment property markets. David has been actively involved in community affairs. Additional studies at the Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio and with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) in Washington, D.C. have earned David the designation of Arbitrator and Mediator within the service area that includes Florida. David previously served as a public school teacher, principal, and district superintendent with primary responsibility for customer service while representing the school board in community relations. His responsibilities also included operation of the physical plant, budget development and implementation, and capital project planning, development, and funding. In that capacity, he recently managed four building renovation and additions projects with expenditures that approached $25,000,000. All of the projects came in on time and under budget. As a result of these successful projects, David co-authored and the School Boards Association published an article addressing successful facility planning. He also negotiated real estate sales and leasing agreements for the school board. Tom is a retired General Contractor from the state of Michigan, with more than 30 years of custom homebuilding, real estate development and finance experience. Ruth Wehner has been a resident of Palm Beach County for over 19 years. Ruth is a licensed Florida Realtor and a member of the Jupiter-Tequesta-Hobe Sound Board (JTHS), the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Ruth was born in Cali, Colombia, and relocated to Boston, Mass, where she earned her B.S. in Accounting and B.S.B.A. in International Business graduating with High Honors from Northeastern University. Following graduation she worked for Bank of Boston/International Division, C.T.Main- Engineering Company also in their International Group and Lotus Development. She lived in San Francisco with her husband for 2 years and joined Bechtel Corporation working in the Finance area for a project in Prudhoe Bay in Alaska. David began working with computers at a very early age, his first being an Apple IIe. It was at that point that he realized how much he truly loved computers and more importantly, technology. David attended every computer class offered to him throughout elementary school, junior high school, and senior high school. David began attending classes at Daemen College in Buffalo, NY in 1997 where he also worked as the Assistant Network Administrator for the College. While at Daemen, David was regularly asked to assist his class professors in teaching concepts and material to the other students for the classes in which he was enrolled. Aside from managing the day to day tasks of keeping a campus wide network functioning optimally, David managed the computer labs and helped the Director manage the work study staff. While in Buffalo, David also helped organize an informal technology group that met regularly to discuss current advances in computing as well as to help each other with technology and computer related issues encountered at work or home. These typically late night sessions helped cement David’s love for technology. The cold weather got the best of David however, and he decided to move to south Florida after the 2000 spring semester. David graduated from Florida Atlantic University in May of 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems. While at FAU, David and his project partners helped to add a new dimension to their technology classes, always exceeding project requirements with new concepts and ideas. Since 2000 when David arrived in Florida, he has worked closely with Donald L. Urschalitz P.A. on a number of internet based projects.
