Tequesta Publix to move to new location.

Tequesta County Line Plaza will find a new 54,379 sq. ft. supermarket rising from the abandoned Kmart site and creating a new vacancy down the road. The plan is to demolish the Kmart and add the new Publix plus and additional 3,000 sq. ft. of retail space. This move is seen as a positive one with all the new condominium developments close by and the demand from Jupiter Island residents.
