North Palm Luxury Condos

The order of Passionists priests has sold some of its waterfront property to Kolter Property Co. a developer planning more luxury condominiums. The $23.5 million bought 7 acres overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway in North Palm Beach.

The land is part of the 27-acre Our Lady of Florida Spiritual Center, operated by The Passionists of Saint Paul of the Cross Province in New Jersey. The spiritual center, which is not part of the sale, will undergo major repairs and renovations. The property is currently zoned for 77 residential units. The plans call for a project of $1 million-plus condos and could begin next summer. The project will be called Domani and will be similar to One Watermark Place, the 48-unit luxury condominiums built by WCI Communities along Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach.
