Real Estate Q&A
Q. Does the seller of a condominium have a set amount of time to provide a current copy of the declaration of condominium, articles of incorporation, bylaws, and rules of the association and a copy of the most recent year-end financial information and question and answer sheet? A: No, However, the buyer has three days from the time he or she receives the documentation to rescind the contract, so it’s in the best interest of the seller to provide the documents as soon as possible.
