Seagate Marina Tequesta Expansion

Tequesta marina owners said he plans to partner with WCI to expand Seagate Marina.

Robert Miller said he is in the process of expanding his waterfront commercial operations with a possible partnership with developer WCI. Since many marinas are disappearing and people are turning them into condos his plan is to do the opposite. Since WCI is a big player in marinas statewide, the partnership seems like a good move. The plan is to expand the facilities to add 350 dry racks that will give the marina a total of 800-boat capacity. Plans for the marina are in design stages and should be finalized soon.
