5 Communities Make Florida Travel & Life Watchlist

Florida Travel & Life magazine named St. Joe Co.'s SouthWood development in Tallahassee as No. 1 on its list of "New Urban Communities to Watch," which appears as part of an article on planned Florida communities in the publication's Spring 2005 issue. "Families, young professionals and retirees are recognizing the benefits of living in a community that offers a wealth of life, work, learn and play options, " Rod Wilson, president of Northwest Florida for St. Joe's residential operations says. Coming in at No. 2 is Town of Tioga, Gainesville; followed by Baldwin Park, Orlando; Botanica, Jupiter; and Aqua, Miami Beach.
