Celine Dion Linked to $12M Home Sale

According to property records, the Celine and her husband recently paid more than $12.5 million for a waterfront home on 3.7 acres in the 200 block of South Beach Road. Public records show the property was sold earlier this month to Renlec Management Inc., a Canadian firm.

The address listed for Renlec is the same as Quebec-based Feeling Productions, the artist-management company run by Dion and her husband, Rene Angelil. In addition, a couple of years ago, the famous couple sold their Jupiter home — in Admiral's Cove — for $9 million under the name Renlec Enterprises Inc. Only two years ago, the French-Canadian singer paid$3.5 million for waterfront property in Bear's Club, Jack Nicklaus' golf course development in Jupiter. Dion is not the only familiar face to settle in town.

Other famous Treasure Coast residents include musician Tori Amos, country music star Alan Jackson, golf pro Greg Norman, actor Burt Reynolds and fellow music diva Gloria Estefan.
