Lucerne gets Starbucks

Residents of the Lucerne, a new condominium under construction in downtown Lake Worth, will be able to stroll downstairs to enjoy a cup of Starbucks coffee. The Seattle-based retailer will open a 1,600-square-foot ground-floor boutique at the Lucerne in March.

The Lucerne will provide upscale office, boutique and restaurant space along Lake and Lucerne avenues. Other amenities include a "sky" terrace, pool, spa and a fitness center. The six-story condominium features 80 one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. Construction is continuing, with the exterior walls completed. The roof is expected to be poured soon. Prices range from $406,000 to $554,000.
