The Lakes at Palm Beach in Planning Stage

The Lakes at Palm Beach a 22 acre project off of Congress Ave. and Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. in West Palm Beach will start taking reservations in early November for Phase 1. This will encompass 215 furnished condominiums and 19 furnished townhouses. Included in the plans will be 6,000 square feet of retail space in Phase 1’s two buildings. Price range from the high $200,000 for a 1-bedroom, 1 ½ bath condo or town house, to the low $500,000’s for three bedroom and 2 ½ baths. According to the developer all you have to bring along is your dishes, linens and a toothbrush.

Expected finish date for the entire complex is 2008, and will include 670 condos and town homes plus 20,400 square feet of retail space. Keep posted for future developments of this exciting project.
