Domani

Domani, located in North Palm Beach is a luxurious enclave of waterfront tower and mansion residences by Kolter Communities, wiis planned to open its preview gallery in early December 2005. The preview gallery is adjacent to the property, at 1240 N. U.S. 1, Suite 125. The gallery is one-half-mile south of PGA Boulevard.

Domani will feature waterfront living; European-inspired design; and extraordinary appointments, finishes and amenities. Joining an 18 story tower with 69 tower residences that will includes three penthouses with up to 8,000 total square feet, will be eight two-story mansions against a backdrop of gardens and tropical waters.

Preconstruction prices range from the high $2 millions to more than $9 million.
Additionally, 16 slips large enough for yachts up to 80 feet are planned.

Domani owners also can purchase one of 18 400-square-foot guest suites within the tower, which would make ideal quarters for overnight visitors or a captain and crew. Limited to 77 residences in a 7-acre setting, and complemented by meditation gardens replicating those in Europe,, Domani will be a destination for owners desiring true luxury and privacy within a romantic setting.

The staffed guardhouse will be at a gated entrance flanked by water walls, fountains, statuary and lush landscapes. The approach will be similar to that of a European estate — with a pavered motorcourt, central fountain, and broad expanses of greenery and colorful foliage. Statues and reflection pools will enhance the serene gardens throughout the community. Valet-parking attendants will greet owners and their guests beneath a porte-cochere . Owners also can park their car themselves in a garage beneath the tower, or in the private two-car garage attached to their mansion.

Planned community amenities include an inviting lobby; the Grand Salon club room, with a catering kitchen for entertaining; a fitness center with personal-training rooms; full-service spa; waterfront pool with fountain; spa; attended pool bar; and a tennis court with pavilion. Other amenities will include property and in-home security systems and concierge and butler services.

Distinctive floor plans are offered. The tower will have only four residences per floor, each served by a private-access elevator opening into each owner’s home, as well as by a service elevator. Wrought in timeless stone, the two-story mansions will provide an average of 5,300 square feet of air-conditioned living space. Floor plans have three bedrooms, a library, an elevator and a two-car garage.
