Legacy Cove

Legacy Cove Estates in Stuart has released its final section of luxury homes. Legacy Cove Estates, a gated clubhouse community with an east Stuart location, is priced from the $500,000s. It is easy to see why Legacy Cove Estates is popular, with its luxurious homes, spacious home sites and variety of floor plans. Homes will range from 2,317 to more than 3,600 square feet of air-conditioned living space and offer three, four and five bedrooms and two- or three-car garages.

Now, for a limited time, Engle Homes is offering up to $10,000 in incentives when buyers use the company's mortgage and title insurance companies. One of the designs available is the Glenbrooke. This two-story, 3,545-square-foot design offers four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a large family room and a three-car garage. Highlights include a formal two-story living and dining room, a large kitchen with center island and work desk, and a second-floor game room.

The master suite features his-and-her walk-in closets and a columned master bath with garden tub. Architectural details such as arched doorways, an art niche, and volume or coffered ceilings give this home a distinctive and elegant look.

Another popular design is the one-story Stonebrooke, featuring four bedrooms plus study, three baths, a family room and a two-car garage. The home design resembles the traditional split-bedroom plan updated with a study outside the master suite.

The master bath offers a coffered ceiling, his-and-her vanities, an acrylic drop-in tub and tile flooring. The kitchen has a work island, Corian countertops and a breakfast nook.

Architectural highlights include a decorative foyer column, plant shelves, arched entryways and a tray ceiling. The Stonebrooke offers more than 2,800 square feet of air-conditioned living space.

At Legacy Cove Estates, the location, just west of U.S. 1, puts residents close to the fine dining and shopping of downtown Stuart and just minutes from beaches. At the same time, residents are still close to Interstate 95 and about 20 minutes north of the Palm Beaches.

It's not just the great location that makes this neighborhood special. Set among lakes and preserves, nearly all of the home sites have water or green space views.

A lakeside clubhouse will feature a fitness center, card room, banquet room for special events, heated pool with sun deck, and a playground. Luxury features include tile in the foyer, kitchen, breakfast area, family or great room, and laundry room; 8-foot interior doors; cultured marble vanity tops in baths; and a General Electric large-capacity washer and dryer.

Select models feature decorative clerestory windows, glass-block windows, built-in plant shelves, volume or coffered ceilings, and walk-in pantries in the kitchen.

Outside are standard features such as concrete-paver driveways, entry walkways and rear patios; as well as sodded home sites with landscaping packages.

Kitchens include a white-on-white GE appliance package with a side-by-side refrigerator, self-cleaning oven with microwave oven and a dishwasher.
Additional kitchen features include Corian countertops, an 80/20 white cast-iron kitchen sink, and choice of raised-panel matte foil or flat-panel wood cabinetry with 42-inch upper cabinets.
