Toll Brothers Homes

Toll Brothers, the nation's leading builder of luxury homes, announces the grand opening of seven, designer-furnished, single-family home models at Jupiter Country Club on February 17. Among one of Palm Beach County's newest golf course communities, Jupiter Country Club is located just west of Florida's Turnpike on Indiantown Road.

The design firms selected for the model interiors include The Interiors Group and Decorators Unlimited.

At the 480-acre community, three distinctive collections of single-family luxury homes as well as stately Tournament Collection town home designs are offered. They are set amid an 18-hole Greg Norman Signature Golf Course that will be ready for play in the Fall of 2007. Serene nature preserves and lakes further contribute to the community's beauty.

With the completion of the model homes, the Tuscan-style entrance at Jupiter Country Club now features a manned guardhouse and an immaculately landscaped boulevard that will lead to the various neighborhoods within the community.

Upon completion, the $670-million Jupiter Country Club will have 362 detached single-family luxury homes and approximately 166 attached, two- and three-story town homes, all of which highlight some of the builders most popular home designs in South Florida.

"The mix of home styles has broad appeal and the various enclaves will contribute to the overall aesthetic appeal of the community, All homes will have views of one of the 14 lakes on the property, a nature preserve or the golf course.

The 12 distinctive one- and two-story estate homes range from 2,765 to 5,675 square feet under air and include a swimming pool. Prices are from the mid-$900,000s to over $1.5 million. The town homes, which present a carefree-living alternative, range from 2,281 to 3,326 square feet of air-conditioned living space, with prices from the $600,000s. Along with their generous size, the feeling of spaciousness is enhanced by ceiling heights from 9' to over 13', and open-air balconies with decorative balustrades. Among other highlights are a bonus room with an adjacent bath, a private elevator, a two-car garage, and a landscaped backyard. Full Membership at Jupiter Country Club is limited and included with the purchase of a single-family home. Town homes owners receive a Social Club Membership and may acquire a Full Membership, based upon availability.

Toll Brothers will build a private Grande Clubhouse with a large main dining room, private dining area, men's and ladies' locker facilities with card rooms, and a golf pro shop. A separate Health and Fitness Center will include a casual outdoor dining area to serve golf, tennis and pool patrons; a family swimming pool and an adult-only swimming pool; a fitness area with an exercise studio, and weight, circuit training and cardiovascular equipment; full men's and women's locker facilities with massage/treatment rooms; a sports shop that will include fitness, spa, and tennis merchandise; and six lighted clay tennis courts.
This desirable Northern Palm Beach County location will put residents within immediate accessibility to both Interstate 95 and Florida's Turnpike. Also, great shopping, restaurants, cultural and entertainment venues are within easy reach.
