Community Reviews is a free service of the Ask Mr. Palm Beach Real Estate Team to assist our readers in gaining a greater understanding of Real Estate Subdivisions that our team has reviewed in Palm Beach County, Martin County, and the Bahamas. When searching the Multiple Listings Service (MLS) and newspapers, most listings do not give you a comprehensive explanation of Community Subdivisions, but focus on the amenities of the homes available.

The Community Review section of our site enables a prospective home buyer to examine more information about neighborhoods, subdivisions, and the amenities provided. Each featured town or village provides a choice for single-family homes, townhouses, and condominiums. Each review provides the low and high prices of homes within the community and are derived from the past year sales records of the community. New home construction will give you an idea of the community’s starting prices and some custom community prices are available upon request by contacting us directly.

Other features of the free Real Estate Community Reviews section include maps, floor plans, photos of recreational facilities, and site plans of the subdivision. To access additional photos, when available, click on the subdivision name, the image on the individual subdivision pages, or the ‘click here for more info’ line below the subdivision name, where applicable. In addition, at the top and bottom of each subdivision page, you may see ‘Page 1 of 2’ telling you that there are more subdivision reviews in the area that you are searching.
