The Bluffs Ocean South was built in 1986 across from the ocean. The complex consists of five buildings, each five stories high with 30 units per building. Amenities include: pool, gated security, tennis and manager on site. Maintenance fees are $890 per quarter (2004) and include: exterior maintenance, lawn care, pest control, pool service, roof maintenance, manager on site, general building insurance, cable, trash removal, security, sewer and water. Pets are not allowed and leasing is permitted with restrictions.
